“The Nature of Pride”
Pride is all around us, Pride has always been around us, and Pride will always be around us.
As I’ve found joy in photography, I’ve just begun to experienced the wonder the entire world offers us, and found inspiration in all I’ve captured to celebrate what I’m calling “The Nature of Pride” - an art project centered on recreating the entire spectrum of sexuality and the flags represented by them through my own nature photography.
There is an overwhelming amount of hatred and negativity being directed at the overarching queer community, and I have heard so much about how “immoral” or “against nature” sexuality is. The truth is simple - who we are is as natural as it can be, and the creatures, plants, rocks, and universe that surround us reaffirm this wholeheartedly.
